In this case you did not upload the toksta_controller.html (http://www.stickaopps.com/_direct/download.php?file=toksta_controller.html) to the document root of your community.
For Example, if you embeded the toksta instant messenger in www.your-domain.com, the toksta_controller needs to be located at www.your-domain.com/toksta_controller.html.
The controller file is needed in order to have cross domain acces running fluently.
